In case of issues you can contact our helpdesk.
Please always consult the FAQ before contacting us, often your question is already answered over there. In the FAQ you can also find a pdf document describing the correct settings for your pc/notebook. Please ensure you have all settings correct before contacting us. If possible, contact us by e-mail, this is the most convenient way to get fast support. Always give a clear explanation of the problem and don't forget to mention your name, loginname and the adres of your stay. Our phone support is available during the business hours written below. Please keep in mind that we don't give support by sms, so incoming sms messages are ignored.
